I started making mood boards in 6th grade, but I never shared them with anyone until about 8th grade. My boards mean so much to me in deep ways that I felt like no one else could understand, that's why for such a long time I'd make mood boards and keep them for myself or send them to my closest friends. My mood boards are visual interpretations of how I see things. My mind collects pictures and puts them together to tell a story, create a mood, become an inspiration. Mood boards help me appreciate the good that comes with social media because most pictures I use in my boards come from different social media outlets. I've made astrology mood boards, color mood boards, and recently mental health boards. Below is my mood board page on Instagram as well my mood for the month.
